Red face Newbie's Needs Help

hi all,
im new to the forum! so far its great. i have a little trouble navigating, but nothing major.

im looking to go to vegas in march and flight prices are astronomical because its easter weekend, i guess. Does anyone have any tips as to how i could find a fare lower than $450? im looking to travel from chicago on mar 20 and leaving vegas on the 23rd.

thanks in advance!!

Using ITA you can find flights for $493 non-stop All-In ( US Air outbound / United inbound ) from O'Hare to LAS.

Try Orbitz for actual times and routings.

Welcome to FT! You could also consider Priceline.

Don't forget the airline sites themselves. Sometimes they have things the other sites don't (NW often does).

Try both ORD and MDW too.

And then there is www.expedia.com and www.travelocity.com.
