for hotels only, it looks like minimum spend of $300 is not required.

i tried booking a 6 night stay at imperial palace Sun-(sat checkout) for next year and it comes up $275 - $200 = $75 for 6 nights

(on the search screen it tells you that the hotel is eligible for the $200), I went all the way to the final screen before payment and it gave me room to fill out the $200 rebate.

That certainly sounds encouraging, but could Expedia.ca renege later, because the amount was less than $300?

i am seeing many six nights stays where the total cost is less than C$200. So one would actually make money out of this deal....

I Booked this deal yesterday and what I noticed was If the Hotel has a regular room rate that was greyed out and worked out to more than $300 with a lower discounted price below it. Then the promo link for the mastercard appeared even if the new total was under their limit. I didn't want to take a chance on them not sending the card so I Opted for a room with a slightly higher daily rate to get over $300 + tax.

Does anyone if there is a limit to the number of cards they can send you. So if I'm going to be there for 24 days, could I book it in 4 seperate transactions for 6 days each thus getting $800 worth of cards, or do they have a cap on the offer? And let's go even further, say there are 6 of us going with 2 per room, for 12 days, if I book all of it through my expedia account would I get $1200 worth of Mastercards when booking in increments of 6 days? Because I'm not sure what exactly people are talking about on various sites about Expedia learning their lesson, but I'm assuming its because people took advantage of a flaw in their offer- so I'm just curious if they have set rules on multiple cards. Thanks
