iberia PIR number

Hi ,

I am just lost on small island in Honduras and without my diving equipment and no landline, I made it half running between flights from London to Madrid to San Jose and finally San Pedro Sula where I found out that my bag is missing. So I filled PIR report .At the moment when I am trying to track my baggage I found out there is no number they are saying to fill in . The only number apart of flights numbers is only baggage tag number. And there is no Iberia contact number in Honduras they are using Copa airlines and they told me my bag never made it from Madrid. Anybody has any ideas?

Cheers

My experience in the past has been that the last airline on the ticket was responsible for missing bags (even if it is clear that they never got it). In your case this would mean that you need to deal with the airline which took you to San Pedro Sula (assuming the whole trip was on a single itinerary). The number on the claim check should be enough for them to track the baggage.

Good luck
