The FEZSQ rules are extremely restrictive. SQ only, must travel in one direction only, and on a flight by flight basis, not just continent by continent. However, Europe is considered one zone, so you can fly JFK-FRA then surface or separately paid air to LHR or another European city, then Europe-SIN. It's paid F (A), so no 77W restrictions, but you do not get Suites on the 388. No interlining, so you can depart eastbound from US east coast, for example, then return to SFO, LAX or IAH only. (SIN-IAH is via DME and is considered TPAC.) You're on your own getting back to your point of origin, JFK.
And this is only the beginning. Read the rules carefully. Depending on where you're going, this may be the best deal out there right now, IMO.

I booked a DCIR22 our of MNL yesterday to find that the base price had increased by about US$250 over that published on the OW website. Checked the website again only to find the "old" price but it noted that all fares had been updated on Nov 6... Must be some issue with keeping the website up to date. Unless the new pricing tool which compares all fares xONEx, xGLOBx etc. is the only one showing updated pricing. Hmmmm
Just found out that I have been charged for an additional stopover - yet only one of my three stops is longer than 24 hours. Should I query that?

Two things may be happening with your base fare. The GSA in MNL may tack on a $250. ticketing charge.
The second is the connection. If it is a connection the city should have an X behind it:
SQ2 Singapore Hong KongX
SQ2 Hong Kong-San Francisco

I am afraid that the price hike in UK is so much that I will not have the budget to buy any XONEX in the near future. It is 61% up compare with the LONE4 price before June 2008 and now.
Unless oneWorld make sure that all LONEX booked in L class can earn 100% of the base point/tier points, the current fare do not give me any incentive to take them.

Is everyone else still getting the Old Rule Sheets for the xONEx - I am still getting a version without an MX logo and MX references.
Wondering if it is some proxy issue, or whehter the new rules have not been uploaded.

Select document properties.
I get a last modified date of 3rd November 2009.
... and, no, it does not appear to have been updated.

Anyone know what these flights are?
(a quick search of the AA pdf timetable plugging in random numbers in the range failed to turn up any flights)
Anyone understand what the consequences might be for xONEx's?
