Global Entry is available to citizens whose countries co-operate in the International Air Security Initiatives. The Dutch citizens who are members of Privium are eligible to join Global Entry. The UK Government signed an agreement of intent in 2008 but have been dragging their feet ever since. As usual they seem exclusively focussed on the European Union Nations.
