Lost luggage tracker on oneworld.com
While browsing around the OW site today, I came across this page: Link Haven't had to test it out yet, but hope it comes in handy for someone wants to track the whereabouts of their misplaced baggage.
We are sorry that your baggage has been mishandled. If any of the oneworld member airlines misplaces or loses your baggage, they will make every effort to return it to you as soon as possible and deliver it to an address of your choice.
You can now track the whereabouts of your baggage using the oneworld file reference number for any oneworld member airline with the exception of American Airlines and the oneworld affiliates JAL Express (JC) and Japan Transocean Air (NU) domestic services. For American Airlines baggage status please visit www.aa.com/bagstatus. For JAL Express and Japan Transocean Air domestic flights please contact these carriers directly.
