You have to keep moving, from continent to continent, in a continuous direction - eastbound or westbound
Your routing starts out eastbound: JNB-SYD-JFK-LHR-HKG
then you head westbound: HKG-JNB.
The actual rule is:
TC1 is the Americas,
TC2 is Europe/Africa and
TC3 is Asia/SWP
