How do I insert GOH-KEF in my ticket?
I pretty well have my itinerary planned for an RTW in Sept 09 on One World starting in LHR.
On my way from YYZ to LHR I would like to stop over in GOH & KEF have searched every where I can think of & can find no way to do this YYZ or YUL-GOH-KEF-LHR
Any one know if this is possable?

I realize that I can not use them as part of the RTW ticket but since I will be making my way to LHR from YYZ to start the trip would like to visit GOH & KEF on the way.
Problem is I can not find any flights from GOH-KEF on the air route site so was wondering if this was possible with out going GOH-LHR then LHR-KEF-LHR
