I realize that I can not use them as part of the RTW ticket but since I will be making my way to LHR from YYZ to start the trip would like to visit GOH & KEF on the way.

Problem is I can not find any flights from GOH-KEF on the air route site so was wondering if this was possible with out going GOH-LHR then LHR-KEF-LHR
