First RTW---Need Advice

I'm hoping to do my first RTW in April or May of this year. I only have about 10 days, so it would be a whirlwind tour, spending a day or two in several cities.

I'd appreciate any suggestions re what cities to include. Trip would begin and end at JFK.

I would want to use AA miles for a F or Biz award.

Thanks in advance for any input/suggestions.

Just two thoughts (and you might not like them):

1. You will struggle to get F availability on such short notice. Currently there is no F seats at all between the US and Australia in all of April or May. Even in business it will be a challenge. There are two seats currently in all of April and May between LAX and SYD (more on LAX-AKL). But you need to be very flexible with time.

2. Why try to put an F award ATW in 10 days. Isn't the purpose of this to enjoy the world and see places? If I have to do DONE4 then yes, I often do them in 4-10 days. But when you actually want to see places, I would wait until you have more time available.

Yes. Meeting in New York, meeting in London and back to work. Nothing optimized about that DONE4 whatsoever.
