Priority seating on LAN for OW Sapphire

Priority seating on LAN for OW Sapphire
I am flying EZE-SCL in a couple of days and have just done OLCI. There was no option to select exit row seats. I called LAN and when I asked about priority seating for OW Sapphire, I got the impression that the agent didn't understand what OW Sapphire was! She said I could ask for an exit row at the airport but not before. Does anyone know if LAN have priority seating for OW elites or has had experience of this? Many thanks.
