Yes, but I think the minimum number of miles required for a non-LAN redemption is well above the OP's current balance.

You can however buy the remaining KMs to get to 40k. Or you can transfer some from SPG and get to a usable number that way. Or you can (almost) use them to upgrade me on my flight to IPC...
