Lanpass KM to AA?
 
I am a AA Gold but I also have 22.000 Lanpass miles, anyway I can transfer them or use them on AA flights?

Yes, but I think the minimum number of miles required for a non-LAN redemption is well above the OP's current balance.

It is, I hate to lose them, was wishing I could transfer them or combine them with my AA Miles

Unfortunately this is not possible.
You can however buy the remaining KMs to get to 40k. Or you can transfer some from SPG and get to a usable number that way. Or you can (almost) use them to upgrade me on my flight to IPC... :)
