Isthere an email address of OW to report problems with LAN crediting miles?

I have had problems with LAN crediting miles flown on a paid D class fare (3 MIA EZEround trips at $5900 each) Lan even has the guts of saying this fare is not eligible for miles
Lan does not answer emails or provides answers on their call center, American keeps sending mail messages to Lan, meanwhile I m being shortchanged by 39000 EQM.
I dont see an email address where I can report this anomaly to OW, anyone knows of an email address for OW?

Appears you are trying to credit miles to AA. If so you need to go through them.

Agree. OP needs to persevere through AA. Complaining to OW, even if such possibility existed, would be futile.

Im sure OW will not be able to fix my specific problem, but I am not the only one having these types of problems, as I have seen from posts in Advantage and where Lan is posted. Im sure OW oversees the proper functioning of their partners mileage handling and there is something of a glitch in the way Lan, or Lan Argentina is functioning which should be addressed to OW, at least this is the way I see it. They are bound by what they advertise and if LAN doesnt honor miles on a fare they advertise as eligible for miles, something is really wrong in here

Absolutely. You have to go through the FFP you are trying to credit to.

If you have status use the ph/email contacts to complain.

travelallover,

I am dealing with the same thing right now, trying to credit a SCL - PPT flight to my AA account. The LAN flight was great, speed in posting miles leaves something to be desired, though.

I emailed in a missing mileage credit, then called AA cust service last night.

OW does not oversee anything of the sort. If trying to contact OW, all you get is the webmaster and he/she will tell you to contact the individual airline(s) involved. OW is pretty much an empty shell other than some marketing folks.

If it makes you feel any better I have been waiting since July for my LAN flight to post. Like everyone else the flight was great, including an op-up from J to P. In this case I am posting to QF.

OP has reported in another forum that his miles have posted.
