DONE4 Booking Error CX - QF
Hi All,
I am currently booking a DONE4 and using CX to do the ticketing.
I have made some changes to the booking through CXCUPID. my QF and BA segments are confirmed according to CUPID.
However I just entered the QF Amedaeus PNR and discovered that the QF segments have not been changed.
The problem at the moment is that there are no mroe D Class availability and according to CUPID I am still Confirmed on these QF flights!
What should I do?

Sometimes changes done in the booking system of the ticketing entity do not get passed immediately to the booking systems of other carriers.
