I am travelling in J May 13 BKK/SIN/LHR/MAN-last section on an e-ticket
Can I check my luggage thru to Manchester at Bangkok?

BA will not interline on separate tickets except for Oneworld. Luckily for you it is a Oneworld partner ticket, so you can check the bags through to MAN, however the AY staff might have some difficulty doing this at BKK; have them check with BA there if they won't do it.
