I don't think BA have late night departures and not sure on CX or JL.
Speaking of JL, they were late arrivals to the OW dinner table so I doubt they contributed any money to the renovations. They probably have to pay an ongoing fee or other consideration for their pax to utilize the facilities.
Anyways, I'll check it out soon and report back.

90 seats sounds really small given the amount of FF's that would qualify to enter the lounge even if not traveling in F. As a comparison the QF Flounge in SYD would have at least that many seats. I suppose it could also have issues related to the time of departure. I don't doubt that late at night, when the QF flights are departing it would be busy.
I don't think BA have late night departures and not sure on CX or JL.

From my experience in SFO, there have never been more than 10 people in the BA Terrace F section. If the situation is the same in LAX, I expect the number of CX passengers in the F lounge will peak at about 20 from the two flights.
