Oneworld Ticket - SFO (AA, BA or QF)
Hi There,
I finally made it to SFO and now we have decided we want to reroute our DONE4 to include 2 more AA segments and 2 more BA segments.
Just wondering:
1) Do we just pay 1 lot of 120USD reissue fee and the applicable taxes
2) As we have etickets, do we just call up the airline and they can reissue over the phone or we must be in person at the ticket office to do it?
3) Finally, who should I goto? AA,BA or QF? It is issued by QF but I don't know whether there is a QF ticket office in SFO?
Does anyone know where is the BA or AA ticket office? Also what are the procedures (do I have to bring in my passports etc...) and will they issue us with a paper ticket or continue with the E tickets? also are there any implications with the QF issued ticket?
Thanks

You can do it by phone. Just have your ticket number handy if you use other than QF. QF can be reached at 1 800 227 4500. QF, BA and AA all have ticket counters at SFO, but if you are just adding AA/BA flights your ticket can remain an e-ticket and you are much better off doing the changes by phone, it will take an hour in person. The reissue fee is paid once for a set of changes (so do them all at the same time). QF and BA do charge additional fees outside of the US; not sure if they do in the US. If there is a fee above the USD 125, you might want to use AA instead ... they can do the reissue, albeit with considerable difficulty as the QF computer system is completely incompatible with AA (at LAX they have to use separate computer terminals, it is that bad), and AA won't be keen to help you unless you flew AA trans-Atlantic or trans-Pacific.

Thanks. I will call QF then as I think they can see the full image of the eticket (hopefully, since they issued the bloody thing!)
Also I have 2 colleagues with me so just wondering if I have their ticket numbers and PNR cna I do it together or do they have to call in seperately?

Thanks for your help.
I will call them tomorrow!
Good Night from SFO (cannot believe it is actually colder than SYD here!)
Also at bit OT, yesterday on my SFO-JFK AA flight, I must say the F Class service is excellent (on the 763 2 Class service). Menus, Appetizers, proper Sundaes etc... and the FAs were so attentive! I almost thought I was on CX! well ALMOST! ahhahahah
Compare to my QF experience for the LAX-JFK, AA win Hands Down in all aspects (except the IFE and the seat)
