I think it means that ORD-DEL can't be used in any xONE3 itineraries, or rather ORD-DEL-HKG-LAX-ORD will be deemed a 3-continent RTW when only 2 continents have been touched. OW doesn't want Europe skipped on xONExs, full stop. Do I sound paranoid if I sniff BA somewhere in here?
