Experience in OW (CZ->AA) miles updates?
Howdy,
I am a newly minted AA Exp but I just moved to a new job where roughly half my travels will be between HKG and PEK. I want to continue my status on AA next year so I have been flying CX between HKG and PEK. Unfortunately, since I started flying that route in October last year (4 round trips), I have not seen any miles credited to AA. I called AA Customer Service and I faxed them the tickets and boarding passes in December. Still nothing. FWIW, I do have my AA number on the CX ticket.
What is everyone's experience on this? I would appreciate any advice. Much obliged.

CX312 K 20 NOV Y
So how should I read this? Am I in Y or K?
Sorry for the fundamental questions. I never really paid too much attention while I was flying mostly AA.

It's not the fare basis that matters, it's the booking class. In the example you've posted that looks like K - no miles on AA - you'd need to credit it to AsiaMiles/MarcoPolo (for which YBHKLMV on CX earn miles).
