Excellent point, SanDiego1K. I should have thought of that. BA's recent fuel surcharges have bordered on the obscene.

Are EMECO and BA accepting credit cards now? Any service / surcharges?
Also, if my first flight is CAI-BCN on IB, must I ticket w/ IB? Or can EMECO / BA do it?
Thanks

Emeco and BA have both accepted credit cards from me since I booked my first ticket (of about 6 or 7) from them about 3 years ago. In my experience EMECO will book any itinerary that includes a transatlantic or transpacific on AA metal. BA any that includes a BA long haul.
