Are there Oneworld European passes?

Are there Oneworld European passes?
I'm in New Zealand, as you guys know. I've already bought my ticket to Europe with Cathay Pacific. Now I'm planning to travel within Europe.
I was wondering if there was any Oneworld equivlanet to StarAlliance's Europass. If there is, how do I get one from New Zealand. Should I contact Qantas or Cathay Pacific? Is there any connection to the ticket to Europe I already have?
Or should I just go with a budget airline like easyjet or Virgin Express, or should I just go with StarAlliance's Europass? Keeping in mind for me, the price and the conveniance.

OW does not have a direct flight between the cities.
For example:
FCO-WAW=825 miles - $160
^ FCO-LHR-WAW=899+916 miles - $160+$190

You might want to see if the Oneworld Awards make sense for your flights within Europe. You can get a lot of flights included in an OW35Y. Distances are measured between stopovers, regardless of your routing, so FCO-LHR-WAS would charge 825 miles to your ticket, not 1815. Just need to fly on two OW carriers. Routing limitations: "Members may fly unlimited segments and may stop in each city once, but may not connect in the same city more than twice. Passengers may not stopover or connect in the city where travel originated."
