can you split Round trip FF miles?

We flew RT on Lan Peru from Lima to Cuzco in H class on an electronic ticket.

We didn't put any FF number into the system?

Can we send one way of the roundtrip to one airline for credit and the other half to another airline for credit? Which one world programs allow credit for H
class tickets?

Thanks.

Most certainly! You can allocate each segment to a different FF program.

You could also put your first number in when you check in for the outbound and then just change it when returning. Then you don't even have to request the miles.
Sometimes check in agents don't know how to change numbers - then ask for a supervisor.
