Forgive my ignorance but unfortunately my level of IT literacy drops off the scale where the likes of programming are concerned.

How difficult, or more to the point how much work would it be to build in an additional configurator - For the Global Explorer product? I'm not sure how many people would be keen to have such a feature added, or whether the time it would take to design/implement it would be worthwhile - but was just a thought?

I'm getting a similar error for HEL-DXB-HEL flights AY2945/2946.

Also, are seasonal routes supposed to be included in this tool?

I certainly don't have the time to investigate or implement this. However I would be willing to help integrate the work done by anyone else.

Now added, thanks. The flights data base is taken from a periodic dump of the OW timetable, and is then supplanted by reports here. For instance, I guess I'll need to update AY with the changes to HEL-SIN/HKG/BKK ... if someone can distil exactly what is needed there, then I can make the change fairly easily (e.g. delete HEL-BKK, add HEL-HKG or whatever is happening, and don't forget the return routes which may or may not be the same). By collectively doing the research on these changes and posting them to this thread, it makes it much easier for me to then make the changes to the tool.

If you're reporting a problem with the OWE validator, then I'd appreciate a link using the "Link to this itinerary" feature, as it provides a fast, accurate method of reproducing the problem. This feature can also be used when you would like others to comment on a proposed itinerary.
Yes - although they might need to be added manually. The tool makes the assumption that they operate all year, so I guess one downside of the tool is that you could be misled into thinking that seasonal routes operate all year - but you'll quickly discover this when you progress to the next stage and start to pick dates/times for flights.

A new version is available in the beta area, which incorporates the routes of the new OW partners RJ, MA & JL and has also had the EI services removed. Please try this out and report any comments back here. I've also added another feature on an experimental basis.

The F indicator is a great idea, so many thanks for implementing it. :-: A number of routes seem to have incorrect data. Routes that have F but are not showing right now:

NRT to SIN, SFO, FRA, CDG, GRU.
HKG to SYD, MEL, JNB (depending on how you want to treat seasonal flights)
LHR to CAI, TLV, EWR(?), PHL, MCT, GCM,.

Those are the ones that stood out to me, but I'm sure I've missed a few.

The next request is to have an option for the OWE planner only to show flights with F. :)

?Small glitch. I'm doing a xONE4 and part of it is DFW-SNA-ORD. These are 1205 & 1726 miles respectively according to Great Circle Mapper, but come up on the mileage monkey as 715 & 124 miles respectively. Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch.

Credit again to hauteboy; it was an unfinished project which I've added to. Alas this is really only an approximation - it is based on the aircraft type, and is just intended as a guide. I can override it for specific sectors and have done for the ones you have highlighted (thanks!), plus a few others.

Thanks - something was wrong ... the coordinates for SNA placed it at DNV. I've moved SNA back to California :) (in the beta version)

EWR has F on all 777 operated services. GCM on the other hand is all 767 and has Y, W & J only.

Could you check the coordinates for Manila, Philippines? I get 3331 miles from the validator and 3895 from the QF website.

Actually all Lan Argentina flights are missing not just IGR.. my old PDF scanner used to ignore XL/4M flights since they weren't valid. I'll update this.

The F/J/Y indicator is trickier; my scanner attempts to determine which classes are available depending on aircraft type. Eg. with BA and QF which operate the same aircraft but F/J depends on route.
