QF LAX-JFK + another trans-con?
Sorry everyone, I know this has been discussed before, but the blasted search function is down, so I can't find it.
If I fly SYD-JFK on the single flight number (no stopover in LAX) then does that use up my 1 trans-con allowance in North American, or could I then still fly, JFK-LAX on AA?
Also, I assume the SYD-JFK flight counts as one sector, not two?
Sorry again, but any help would be appreciated.

SYD-JFK without a stopover in LAX is one segment and, yes, you can still fly JFK-LAX as your transcon.
