Re-routing a DONE5

Advice sought from the sages of this board (because the rules have left me no clearer). I have an ex-CAI DONE5, most of which has now been flown. The remaining legs are ticketed as LHR-SVQ-LHR-CAI. Can I re-route (charges applicable) the final leg to, say, TIP?

I'm aware that CAI falls within Europe/Middle East for OW ticketing purposes, but can't establish whether TIP is considered part of Europe/Middle East or Africa (as its leader would clearly like it to be ). If it's a no, then would DAM be ok?

Advice from those in the know would be appreciated.

DAM would clearly be ok as it is part of ME which also includes Egypt and Sudan. TIP was discussed a few months ago but I can't remember what the resolution was. The latest starfile I've seen just reinstates travel to Libya but doesn't add it to Europe or ME, so it apparently remains a part of Africa for OWE purposes.

Thanks. Aware of that but this is where I come unstuck on the rules. If my current endpoint is CAI (part of Europe for OW purposes) then can I end anywhere in Europe or does it have to be somewhere in the Middle East?

If you start in CAI which is part of EUR/ME for Continent purposes you can end anywhere in the Middle East (but not EUR - unless you just throw away your last coupon) as CAI is included in the Middle East.
