I bought a subscription, but was not able to find JL first award availability (which happened to be A class)...however, I'm hoping it's a JL/Sabre issue.
I think I read in their web site, in the latest news section, that JL data is now available. As for OW A/D, yes, but then again the availability tool also does that, for free.

I'm having my doubts as to whether or not that is a viable option any longer....for at least the last 5 days, it has not been functioning....returning this msg "ERROR: NO VALID RESULT." Others have reported this also in the same timeframe...

Yes, I know, but I wasn't thinking of that "now you see it, now you don't" availability tool; I mean, it's good, or was good, but the fact that it was hours and hours offline made me look for alternatives, so for months now I have been using the KVS Availability Tool, just as good, and available 24/7.

I haven't used the KVS tool. Does in enable you to see Z, U, X, etc. buckets for OW carriers? I have been using the ExperFlyer site and one nice thing is that I can actually see award booking classes for QF, AA and sometimes LA. Unfortunately, BA and CX force me to visit their websites (haven't checked for AY, IB or EI). However, if the KVS tool shows all this that would be phenomenal. Thanks.

Cheers.

Unfortunately it does not, only A/D, as well as the normal stuff.

JL is not in OW and thus you can't use them on a OW award.

JL does not make A and D class public and thus you cannot look at those classes using Expertflyer.

If you want to us JL on a regular AA award you must call AA to check availability. You can't do it online with any known service.

Airlines do not typically make the same amount of award seat available to their partners as they do for their own members. As a result, looking up individual availability on different sights can be a waste of time.
