Same here. All my messages to Emeco were completely ignored.

No problem for me - just had a reply within 3 (Cairo) working hours to my request for a new AONE3 using Mrs Omnia Kamal's address (which is what the omnia002 one is - she is the Sales Manager for AA in Egypt according to her card).

Following the above I had 3 exchanges of emails within 4.5 hours, which included the time for Emeco to get confirmation of the fare from AA RTW (which was on a Sunday for whichever AA office that was). So I am all set and ready to go within one working day (Sunday) of first contact.

I really hope the fares ex-CAI don't go up next month (Mrs Kamal couldn't confirm that) because these guys are incredibly efficient for me. I have no qualms at all about paying the US$5 they now ask for the delivery of the ticket and the CC slip to me on arrival on the BA flight. Perhaps being an AA EXP helps?
