Lounge strategy for long layover at SEA

I'm OW Sapphire. Will have nearly 8 hours to burn at SEA from 3pm to 11pm or so. Flying in on AA and out on AS.

Which lounge should I park my butt at? Since I've got all day, I don't care about proximity to my departing gate. I've been to the BA lounge and found it decent. Not sure If I need to have been flying BA (ticket is actually BA stock).

Have you considered leaving the airport? With 8 hours I certainly would.

Which airline are you oneworld sapphire with? Are you flying domestic?

The BA lounge will sometimes refuse entry to those not flying BA due to space limitations.

The Alaska Lounge N is the nicest but you could also visit the C lounge; D lounge is currently closed for renovations.

Sapphire through AA. Connecting domestically. I have no desire to leave the airport. I've spent considerable time in Seattle and can't be bothered to venture out to see and do things already done. Including a meal at 13 coins

If you aren't an Admirals Club member and you are flying domestically then I don't believe you have access to any OW lounge based upon your AA oneworld status.
International North American Flights

American Airlines AAdvantage members, regardless of their tier status or class of travel, are not eligible for access to oneworld member airline lounge when travelling solely on North American flights between the U.S., Canada, Mexico (except Mexico City), the Bahamas, Bermuda and the Caribbean.

Limited Time Offer: Effective 1 April 2021, American Airlines First and Business Class customers, as well as American Airlines AAdvantage Executive Platinum, Platinum Pro and Platinum members will be eligible for lounge access to AA Admirals Clubs when travelling on an AA operated international flight. For more information, visitAmerican Airlines website.

Domestic Flights

American Airlines AAdvantage members, regardless of their tier status or class of travel, are not eligible for lounge access when travelling solely on domestic U.S. flights (some exceptions apply). For more information, visit American Airlines' website.

Having been to Seattle many times in my life, I also wouldn't consider leaving the airport. I actually like spending time at an airport lounge, but only the good ones like AMEX CL.
