The BA lounge will sometimes refuse entry to those not flying BA due to space limitations.
The Alaska Lounge N is the nicest but you could also visit the C lounge; D lounge is currently closed for renovations.

Having been to Seattle many times in my life, I also wouldn't consider leaving the airport. I actually like spending time at an airport lounge, but only the good ones like AMEX CL.
