Recrediting Miles/Points (once awarded) from AA to QF FF program

Recrediting Miles/Points (once awarded) from AA to QF FF program
Yesterday, I had miles/points from a FJ flight awarded to my AA account instead of my QF account in error. HAs anyone had any luck having them removed from the AA account and credited to QF in this sort of situation?
I am trying to ensure that all of my OW miles go to just one account to maximize tier opportunities this year.

I think you will find a thread or two in the AA forum discussing the removing of miles miscredited to AA that were intended for another program.

Credited miles to AA but want to credit instead elsewhere?
Possible to uncredit miles from AA?
