Yesterday, I had miles/points from a FJ flight awarded to my AA account instead of my QF account in error. HAs anyone had any luck having them removed from the AA account and credited to QF in this sort of situation?

I am trying to ensure that all of my OW miles go to just one account to maximize tier opportunities this year.
