OW RTW

Does any particular Embarkation point offer an attractive fare, particularly in Premium Cabins?

Expert Flyer, https://www.expertflyer.com/ . It's a paid service. You can also just put together a dummy itinerary using the Oneworld online tool - https://rtw.oneworld.com/rtw/ - but be prepared for a rather frustrating experience. Keep it as simple as possible or it will crash on you.

Keep in mind that EF can only show you the base fare. Taxes and airline (e.g., fuel) surcharges are extra and will depend on the specifics of your route. Also, the airline that tickets will charge higher or lower surcharges. Also be aware that if stopping in the U.K. for more than 24 hours, you will have to pay the APD, which is 172 GBP when flying outside of Europe.
