I'm trying to pull together a comprehensive list of first lounges where OWE have access. So this list would exclude, for example, Concorde Room in LHR or the Al Safwa lounge in DOH. Here's what I have:

Europe

1. AA International First Class Lounge at LHR T3
2. BA Galleries First Lounge at LHR T5
3. BA Galleries First at LHR T3
4. CX First Class Lounge at LHR T3
5. BA First Lounge at LGW South Terminal
6. AY Premium Lounge at HEL T2
7. QR First Class Lounge at DOH

Asia Pacific

1. QF International First at SYD T1
2. QF International First at MEL T2
3. CX The Pier at HKG T1
4. CX The Wing at HKG T1
5. MH Golden Lounge at KUL Satellite Building
6. JL First Class Lounge at NRT T2
7. JL First Class Lounge at HND

Americas

1. BA First Lounge at JFK T7 (*closed for refurb)
2. QF First Lounge at LAX TBIT

Other

i. The following airlines do not offer First Class only lounges: IB, RJ, S7, UL
ii. There are a few additional BA lounges in North America that have OWE only access - I had listed them all out but the window closed and I'm too drained to redo it. (PHL, YVR, YYZ, IAH, ORD I think)
iii. FRA and WAW in Europe also have OWE only lounges for completeness

Excellent thread. I would add the BA First Lounge at JNB.

Don't think any OW lounges at WAW, just third party.

At FRA, JL has a separate First Lounge but limited hours (think 4-8) and fairly average.

At AKL, QF also has a small separate First Lounge

At DFW, until the renovation is complete I believe the AA Flagship Dining (not Lounge) is Emerald only.

I'd also make clear the Emerald access at DOH is to the average First Lounge, and not the sumptuous Al Safwa lounge. If fying Business the Al Mourjan lounge is better than the First Lounge.

I'm not sure what you mean by the lounge in CMB. There are three lounge there: one is the business class lounge and two others.

One states: "Due to the ongoing development of facilities at Bandaranaike International Airport, the Serendib Lounge is currently only available to customers traveling in First and Business Class cabins on Srilankan Airlines and other oneworld members flights. Emerald and Sapphire status customers traveling in Economy Class cabins on long and medium haul flights are invited to use the Serendiva Lounge."

The other states: "Due to the ongoing development of facilities at Bandaranaike International Airport, SriLankan Airlines Flysmiles Platinum and Gold and oneworld Emerald and Sapphire status customers traveling in Economy Class cabins on long and medium haul flights are invited to use the Serendiva Lounge."

For years the Serendib lounge had a OWE sign next to the entrance, has this changed?

I quoted the language from the oneworld website. Now it's ony for business and first customers. If that is temporary or permanent, I don't know.

There is a uninspiring BA First Class Lounge in PHL.

Would you include the AA Flagship Lounge in JFK and ORD. They are AA's best attempt at the spirit of a first class lounge!

Who knows... will be helpful to hear from someone with actual experience, I havent used the UL lounges in about a year and always noticed the OWE symbol while flying UL business class and having OWE status.

PHL is already on the list.

AA's FL are now available to OWS not just OWE (with the exceptions noted already in the wiki).

Is this list limited to international First lounges?

If not, JAL have Diamond Premier lounges at HND, ITM, FUK, OKA and CTS which are only open to OWEs and First pax.

I suspect it was focussed on International.

Same with the Qantas Domestic Business lounges (SYD, MEL, BNE, PER, CBR) which are limited to Business, oneworld Emerald, connecting First/Business (or EK or MU Plat)

The other interesting one is the HKG The Arrival lounge which is available to OWE in any class, but only when arriving on CX/KA
