I'm trying to pull together a comprehensive list of first lounges where OWE have access. So this list would exclude, for example, Concorde Room in LHR or the Al Safwa lounge in DOH. Here's what I have:

1. AA International First Class Lounge at LHR T3
2. BA Galleries First Lounge at LHR T5

6. AY Premium Lounge at HEL T2*** Have had multiple denials at this lounge despite having BA Gold/OWE card and traveling in AY/BA/QR in business class...utter nonsense.

1. QF International First at SYD T1
2. QF International First at MEL T2
3. CX The Pier at HKG T1
4. CX The Wing at HKG T1
5. MH Golden Lounge at KUL Satellite Building

7. JL First Class Lounge at HND
8. UL OWE lounge CMB

Americas

1. BA First Lounge at JFK T7 (*closed for refurb)
2. QF First Lounge at LAX TBIT
3. BA First Lounge ORD
4. BA First Lounge PHL
5. BA First Lounge YVR
6. BA First Lounge IAH
7. BA First Lounge SFO

Other

i. The following airlines do not offer First Class only lounges: IB, RJ, S7, UL
ii. There are a few additional BA lounges in North America that have OWE only access - I had listed them all out but the window closed and I'm too drained to redo it. (PHL, YVR, YYZ, IAH, ORD I think)
iii. FRA and WAW in Europe also have OWE only lounges for completeness
