Ticketing a DCIR ex-KUL

Under the new rules the one world fares can be ticketed by any travel agent and the fare converted to local currency (well at GDS rates)
I recently had a LCIRSA29 exKUL ticketed by AA in Dallas for relatives residing in the USA. Even taking the cost of USA -> KUL into account it was still cheaper than exUSA ticketing. Whether he will ever use the remaining segments is up in the air.

PS Message me for an Australia TA who has ticketed xONEx for me - she should be back from holiday soonish.
