Ticketing a DCIR ex-KUL
 
Can anyone recommend a good TA in Malaysia who can ticket a DCIR fare ex-KUL? I am based in Australia.

Under the new rules the one world fares can be ticketed by any travel agent and the fare converted to local currency (well at GDS rates)
I recently had a LCIRSA29 exKUL ticketed by AA in Dallas for relatives residing in the USA. Even taking the cost of USA -> KUL into account it was still cheaper than exUSA ticketing. Whether he will ever use the remaining segments is up in the air.
