AY BA & RJ are all Oneworld members so will be OK
With OW earning is based on the marketing carrier (flight number) & fare booking class. Some fare booking class with some ffp's can earn zilch.

E.g. one can earn AAdvantage miles in accordance with AA’s Qantas chart if flying a QF codeshare operated by, say, FJ.
