As a guess he put them through OCR software.

Have added Hauteboy's the 2000 mile US destinations to my spreadsheet. I had some others greater 2000 miles. Some are seasonable like to ANC, others are routes that may have been deleted.

Still working on the international routes.

Does anyone know wha AA actually credit MIA-PDX. If its 2701 or more is of great interest to QFF's

My list is available as a excel file or in pdf file

I used the pdftotext utility to convert the PDF schedule to a text file, then used a C program to dump the output. I can use it to perform all sorts of filtering, longest flights by aircraft type, all codeshare flights, etc. I could post/email the source if anyone is interested. PDX-MIA reports as 2700 miles on aa.com, the same as SFO-BOS which definately earns the higher QF SC's.. however you can't use both on a OWE.

I talked to 2 different AA agent on the RTW rate desk and was told not possible. HNL-SYD has to be one leg when flying thru HNL whether surface or paid segment.

I have Acrobat 6 PRO collecting dust on top of my Dell - what a good reason to install it!

The new-ish JFK-PHX route is worth knowing about. I think it's the longest pure USA non-transcon, non-Hawaii, non-ANC route at 2153 miles. And being domestic it has First, so 1.5*miles.

I'm using it this weekend for a Mileage Run:

JFK-PHX-ORD-SFO-JFK-PHX-JFK
starting at 08:00 Saturday, finishing by connecting into the CX to HKG on Sunday evening. That's 12331 miles (18496 status miles in First). Not sure you can do better in a weekend, particularly using a transcon to avoid a hotel.

Of course JFK-PHX-JFK-PHX-JFK-PHX-JFK would be marginally more miles (12919), but would need three days and hotels to do it.

TPA-SJC 2367 miles (AA385 & AA347)(SJC-TPA is not listed)
SEA-TPA 2520 miles AA1138 (TPA-SEA is not listed)
Both however are effective only a short time (SEA-TPA until about March 1)

Great call on the JFK-PHX nonstop. I may do that myself if I rebook my north american segments. Another good one - unfortunately 1-stop - is MIA-RNO at 2869 miles (RNO isn't listed in the Oneworld Explorer as a transcon definition). Unfortunately, no way to avoid a hotel unless you take a redeye in since it leaves at 0657. Also goes away Feb 28th.

SJO-SFO doesn't seem to exist (or does it!)...otherwise I'd book it. SJO-LGB is 3001 miles from the AA timetable...

Also, MIA-RNO mileage was per the AA timetable, which I'll take as gospel for their mileage calculator...
