alect, shouldn't that have been..one CSA in USA QF has no interest in helping me + had no knowledge of DONE4 rules...looks like you'd avoid her in future.

Actually funny you should say - I did exactly that on that day - and unfortunately I got the same CSR - had to hang up - hope she didn't have caller ID or member ID and blacklist me
