alect, shouldn't that have been..one CSA in USA QF has no interest in helping me + had no knowledge of DONE4 rules...looks like you'd avoid her in future.

Have you used the "ring back and find somebody else who knows something?" strategy?

Actually funny you should say - I did exactly that on that day - and unfortunately I got the same CSR - had to hang up - hope she didn't have caller ID or member ID and blacklist me http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif
