Try this:
1. Print a copy of the rules from here.
2. Read the rules thoroughly.
3. Decide where you want to go, i.e. continents, countries, cities.
4. Read the rules thoroughly.
5. Download one of the electronic timetables from here or here.
6. Using the timetable, determine if there are flights that connect the places you want to go to. If not, revise your routing accordingly.
7. Read the rules thoroughly.
8. If you think you have constructed a valid itinerary that has flights available and that complies with the rules, post it here asking for comments or help.
