Increasing # of continents on OWE
Is it possible to increase the # of continents on a OWE (from AONE5 to AONE6?). If I bought in CAI but reissue in the USA would I now be charged the difference between AONE5 and AONE6 (11500-10000) USD or 36930 - 33050 EGP?
