CDG and NRT Lounges and access

I'm flying CX from NRT to CDG holding Sapphire status with QF.
I've been to the CX lounge in NRT before, but was interested in knowing what their lounge in CDG is like.
Also, am I able to use other Oneworld carrier lounges when I am flying on a CX ticet, and if so can I take in my companion who only holds Ruby. Of course if the answer is yes any suggestions would be appreciated, I sort of assume with only one flight per day the CX lounge in CDG will not be anything special.

I think CX uses AA's Admiral's Club in CDG. CX has a smaller lounge of their own but I don't know if it's still operating.

If you're Sapphire, and flying economy class, you may invite one guest to the lounge with you, and yes you may use any Oneworld lounge if you have a same day boarding pass on an Oneworld operated flight with a Oneworld flight number.

CX has a quite small and intimate lounge at CDG. I am quite sure you can access it with Sapphire status. Was there some 4 weeks ago.

I was flying AA CDG-DFW, and were in the Admirals Club lounge "downstairs". Asked if they had any internet terminals, but no. Took a walk around and saw the CX lounge. I entered with my AA EP card, and they had 3 or 4 nice broadband internet terminals there. And some nice chilled Tsing Tao beers.......

I told the staff @ the AC about the internet terminals at the CX lounge, and they did not know about that! (at least they said so...)

In August, I used CX lounge at CDG.
WiFi wireless LAN access is also provided.

CX have a very nice well equiped and recently refurbished lounge in CDG 2A.

I don't know how they are going to cope though if we all start talking about it and AA flyers start migrating there, as it is small and QF moved into 2A last week too and operate at 13h40 tue, thu, sat just after the CX departure and there are AA flts either side too.

Thanks for the advice. I ended up in the CX lounge in CDG which I found to be pretty good given the limited CX flights there. It looked to be almost new, provides 3 internet terminals, some simple food and beverages and some most welcome respite from what I can only call a pretty old and tatty airport
