Just 6 cents?
It seems that all the CAD has to do against the USD is rise another 5-6 cents (to the USD .081/CAD level) and OW Explorer fares will cost the same in the U.S. and Canada before taxes.

Considering there's always a cost (in both time and money) of getting to Canada in the first place, it hasn't made sense to fly ex-Canada for many months.
