Since that time, here are my OW Ruby experiences with Lan.
System wide Lan - no priority boarding for OW Ruby but yes for Lan Ruby.
SCL - never a problem with using the special Lan First/Business class counter at the far end of the airport and have always received priority tags.
EZE - no problem using Business checkin, can't recall priority tags but I think yes.
MDZ - no posted First/Business counter but one reserved for Lan elites only.
I have yet to revisit LIM...I find Argentina a much more appealing place to visit and spend quality time during my renew-my-Chile-tourist-visa runs.
