Ideas for a RTW trip

Hi,
I'm planning a RTW trip, and I'm planning to buy a OneWorld Pass for 4 continents (South America, Oceania, Asia and Europe) for around u$s 2800.
Does anybody have any idea for maximizing miles ?
Here is my current plan, I still have a few inside segments to use.
TIA & Regards ...

You might want to ask this in the OneWorld forum. You may get a better response there.

This itinerary makes no sense. I assume you are flying other airlines as well. SYD to Cairns? Manila to Cebu? Denpasar to Delhi?

You only get 4 segments per continent except the US where you get 6. You seem to be over in Oceania, Asia and Europe. The entire Cairo thing is well over your 4 segments. Are you planning to buy more segments?

I buy these tickets every year. If you want to boost miles go to Perth from Sydney 2530. Make a connection in MEL to Asia. In Asia you can get one side trip in for free HKG to points North like Japan and Korea add the most miles. Eg. HKG-ICN, ICN-HKG, HKG-BKK, BKK-SIN then catch BA to LHR. In Europe go LHR to Moscow then from Moscow to any city where you catch Iberia to EZE.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your feedback, I'll try to clarify some points.
I want to go to Oceania, Asia and Europe mainly.
In Oceania, I want to be in Australia, New Zealand and somewhere else, perhaps Samoa (if somebody has any idea, it will be apreciated). The part from Sydney to Cairns is overland.
In Asia, I'm planning to go first to Manila, then Overland to Cebu, and then fly to Indonesia, where I plan to go overland to Dehli thru South East Asia.
From Dehli, I want to go to Europe, first to Moscow, then to the Scandinavian Countries, and then, overland to some Eastern Countries like Czech Republic and Hungary, and then overland to the Middle East.
Then from Middle East, to Europe just to catch my last fly home.
If I can make some extra miles, it will be nice, altough I'd prefer to visit the places with the most exotic cultures than gain extra miles.
TIA & Regards ...

I don't think you can visit Samoa on a OWE as it only allows oneworld metal-operated flights. The Global Explorer would allow you to visit, but has a mileage limit (34k miles?). Sounds like a wonderful trip though!

As I noted in my response to your original thread's question here, you cannot go to Samoa (APW) on a OWE ticket. If you really want to get out of Australia and New Zealand, about the only thing I can think of is New Caledonia (NOU).

Also, as noted in the original thread, you may have a maximum segment problem in SWP as there is no direct flight CNS-MNL.

I wouldn't waste time or money on NOU. Too many bad reports from trusted friends. You may be better off using valuable segments going to LDH (Lord Howe Island) - part of NSW (Australia). A bit under 2 hours in a Dash8 NE from SYD (similar time from BNE). Must pre-book accommodation (check the web), but its beautiful - a World Heritage Island. Have been there twice, another trip booked later this year. Can't recommend it highly enough. Do it!
