This itinerary makes no sense. I assume you are flying other airlines as well. SYD to Cairns? Manila to Cebu? Denpasar to Delhi?

You only get 4 segments per continent except the US where you get 6. You seem to be over in Oceania, Asia and Europe. The entire Cairo thing is well over your 4 segments. Are you planning to buy more segments?

I buy these tickets every year. If you want to boost miles go to Perth from Sydney 2530. Make a connection in MEL to Asia. In Asia you can get one side trip in for free HKG to points North like Japan and Korea add the most miles. Eg. HKG-ICN, ICN-HKG, HKG-BKK, BKK-SIN then catch BA to LHR. In Europe go LHR to Moscow then from Moscow to any city where you catch Iberia to EZE.
