OWE4 vs. GLOBE4 rules

2 questions - one on backtracking between continental US and HNL, and the other on flights within North America on either OWE4 or GLOBE4 tickets. I think if I am in the continental US and then go to HNL, and then want to return to YVR before leaving for Asia, I run afoul of the OWE4 rules. I am not sure for the GLOBE4 rules, which I understand are less restrictive in this area. Also, is GLOBE4 less restrictive than OWE4 on # of flight segments you can have (OWE4 has 6, don't know about GLOBE4).

Thanks.
