BAH/DMM to CAI on OW?

Is there any way (using OW carriers) to get from BAH or DMM to CAI? Looking to use miles on a free ticket to buy OWE RTW tickets in CAI – and don’t want to pay to get there.

Everything I can find so far seems to force travel through LHR, though that might not be a bad thing it is way out of the way.

Thanks.

You can go BAH-DXB-CAI using BA miles on Emirates.

As far as my research can tell, the only OWE carrier ex-CAI is BA so the flights are limited from there.

Happy flying.

Iberia also has flights to Cairo, but they are only from Barcelona. I don't know if that helps any, but you aren't _totally_ restricted to flying with BA.
